it was good base for traveling to reykjavik, i was glad to stay there. the hotel was located just next door to a business district and a 20 story office building. went to barber bistro for drink or two, set relatively close to the property.

Good value, and the location was picturesque for exploring Reykjavik. Excellent location, compact room, marble bathroom. Outstanding view, a good balcony, extremely comfy bed, too. Breakfast food was fresh and included cheese, meats, fresh bread, scrambled eggs and pastries. Quick check-in, obliging staff.

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Hamborgarafabrikkan that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We enjoyed the food and service here. Just a walk down to attractions, including perlan. Having access to the pool was great: )
